Our story
Together toward real-time and customer-focused financial management
A journey of friendship from Sipoo to modern accounting.
The story of the accounting firm Actire began in the peaceful surroundings of Sipoo, where Christian, Magnus, and Mårten grew up and spent their youth. The friends later pursued studies at the Hanken School of Economics, where their interest in financial management and business solutions deepened.
After graduation, their career paths took them in different directions: Christian entered the finance industry, Magnus joined an accounting firm, and Mårten became a financial controller at a large export-driven company.
In 2004, after years of developing their individual careers, Actire was born. Their first client was a small IT company, and the early years were modest but full of learning. As Actire grew, Olga joined the team, bringing her expertise in accounting.
Actire was at the forefront of the transition to digital financial management. We were among the first to adopt Netvisor and eventually became a Netvisor Premium Partner. Since then, we’ve played a role in shaping the industry toward more real-time and efficient financial administration.

Magnus Lajunen

Growth companies and international clients are close to my heart, and I especially support businesses in the IT and pharmaceutical industries with financial matters. I have strong expertise in Business Finland reporting as well as the implementaation and use of Netvisor Controller. Travel and golf keep me on the move – but professional challenges are just as motivating.

Mårten Hellman
Account Manager, M.Sc. (Econ), Partner
My core expertise lies in analysis, group consolidation, reporting of securities trading, and depreciation calculations. I have experience with both manufacturing and service companies – particularly large family-owned businesses – and I support them in achieving financial clarity. In my free time, I enjoy marathon travel, sports, and board and card games.

Olga Berngardt
KLT-authorised accountant, BBA
I appreciate order and clarity. I specialise in resolving complex accounting situations and handling payroll, especially for service-based companies. I also manage software implementations, including Bezala, Zevoy, ValueFrame, and Severa. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time at the cottage and with my family – but when it comes to work, I give it my full heart and dedication.
